Hello everyone, I highly recommend Carroway Pre-Owned in Minden, La! Why? Because I truly had the best sales lady! This was my first experience in getting a car and this lady was more than helpful! Her name is Crystal Williams, I believe. She is to kind and you can connect with her on a genuine level! The experience was 10/10! Everyone was nice and well spoken, it’s like a little family at Carroway Pre-Owned! I got a 2018 Honda Accord with 108,000 miles on it and it is truly my dream car!😍

I’m from out of town and stopped by to look at a truck they had available. I worked with Crystal, and she was very nice, professional, and helpful through the whole process. She went above and beyond to get me the most for my trade-in and worked hard to get the numbers where I wanted them on my new truck. The whole experience was smooth and straightforward. I’ll definitely be doing business with them again, and I’ll be asking for Crystal as my salesperson.
